Services and starting prices
When pricing the grooming service required we take the following factors onto consideration:
- Size and breed of the cat
- Cat’s age
- Cat’s temperament
- Condition and thickness of the coat
- Grooming history
- Medical/health conditions
Please note the prices below are starting prices and for guidance purposes only. Kittens under the age of 6 months will receive an introductory discount for their first groom. A quote can only be provided at an in-person consultation where we will be able to assess and discuss your cat in detail prior to any grooming service provided.
Full Dry Groom
Claw trim
De-shed to remove dead undercoat and reduce shedding to help prevent knots and matting and reduce furballs
Dry bath (no water) using waterless foam shampoo or conditioning spray to freshen up and condition the coat
Ear and eye cleaning

Full Wet Bath and Groom
Claw trim

Claw Trim only
Claw trimming can prevent your cat's claws becoming overgrown, causing discomfort and even infection. Your furniture and carpets will also benefit!

Hygiene Trim
only
Trimming of fur around the rear and back legs to keep the area hygienic and comfortable.

Additional fees
The following factors will incur additional fees:
- Removal of badly matted fur or a pelted coat (lots of mats joined up to form one hardened mat)
- Elderly cats
- Challenging or aggressive behaviour
- Presence of fleas (see below)
Flea fees
- Fleas found during the groom without us having been notified - £15

Appointments
Purrcasso operates by appointment only so please feel free to either call us on 07553 825 927 or complete the online New Client Equiry Form on our Contact Us page (click here) and we'll get right back to you!
A booking fee of £35 is required within 24 hours of your booking to secure your appointment. Payment can be made by online bank transfer or by cash in person. The booking fee is fully refundable or transferrable to a different time and date providing 72 hours’ notice is given. The booking fee paid will be deducted from the total cost of services provided and payment of the balance is due before or upon collection of your cat.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our full Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), a copy of which can be found below. We will require a signed copy of our T&Cs at all first appointments.
